Fees
My fees are comparable to the standard rates of licensed clinical psychologists in the San Francisco Bay Area, reflecting the quality of care and expertise provided. Fees will be discussed in our initial consultation call.
Therapy Structure
Therapy is most effective when it happens consistently and with intention. To support meaningful growth, I ask that clients commit to weekly 50-minute sessions, with exceptions for holidays and pre-arranged time off.
This frequency isn’t just about structure—it’s part of how we build trust and momentum in our work together. Regular sessions create the foundation for reshaping longstanding relational and emotional patterns.
In turn, I also make a commitment to you. By reserving this weekly time, I’m dedicating space in my schedule to support your progress and show up fully in our work.
Insurance (Out-of-Network)
For patients who have out-of-network benefits, I offer an itemized “superbill” that can be used to submit for reimbursement. Many PPO insurance plans reimburse a percentage of the paid services based on their policies.
No Surprises Act (2022)
Patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the total expected cost of non-emergency medical and mental-health services. Upon request, your provider will give you a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For those wanting to learn more about Good Faith Estimate, follow this link.
